Welcome to our school! We are so pleased that you are joining our family of learners. I will assist you in building a partnership in support of your child.  At PS89Q, there are many on our team – administrators, teachers, and support staff – who are all committed to ensure your child’s academic success.  We look forward to working together to provide a wonderful year of learning and academic growth for your child.

 

One of the keys to your child’s success will be your ongoing involvement in our school community.  Throughout the school year, you will have the opportunity to meet your child’s teacher, participate in the PTA, attend informative workshops and many events which we host to celebrate our students’ success.  In order to identify your needs, and any suggestions you may have, I have attached a Family Information Survey for you to complete. You can complete the survey by completing the hard copy sent home backpacked with your child. or by visiting this below:

As parent coordinator, I am available to provide information, answer questions, help you access resources for your child, and resolve problems that your child may encounter in school.  In order to keep the lines of communication open, please provide me your e-mail address.
